$2,300/month

This house includes free internet with your rent! There are also smart thermostats, a smart lock, and a Ring doorbell camera that can all be controlled from your phone. The open concept first floor includes an amazing kitchen with an island that supports seating. As you enter the kitchen from the garage with your groceries you will be thrilled that there is not only plenty of space to set things down but there is a spacious pantry to store it all. The kitchen is wide open to the living room. There is a screened in patio off the back of the living room which is perfect for enjoying our NC weather without the hassle of the bugs. As you go upstairs to the second floor you are greeted with a proper loft which could be used for a second TV area, a play area or an office. The upstairs houses the three bedrooms including a wonderful master suite which will easily support a king bed along with the rest of a bedroom set. You should have no problem storing all your clothes in the extra-large master bedroom closet. The on-suite bath has two sinks and a roomy shower. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of tree line and retention pond. There will be no houses built immediately behind the property. (This location could not be better!). The laundry room is upstairs with the bedrooms for easy access. This is a proper laundry room, not a closet you can walk in and close the door. The two-car garage is prewired for your EV. You will find a 220V outlet for your Level 2 charger. (Charger not included)
